8 years in a row…

March 29, 2016 By DeSantis Landscapes Leave a Comment

We have received this message…

100 Best Green Workplace

Congratulations! Your organization has been named one of the 2016 100 Best Green Workplaces in Oregon by Oregon Business magazine. The eighth annual green survey was part of the 100 Best Companies and 100 Best Nonprofits surveys conducted last fall and spring. This ranking shows that your workplace has implemented a variety of green policies, and that your employees place a high value on sustainable practices and believe your commitment to them is exceptional.

It’s a remarkable feat considering that 382 companies and nonprofits participated and more than 15,000 employees completed the survey. We congratulate you and your employees for fostering an outstanding workplace that focuses on sustainable practices.

Team DeSantis

I’m very proud of the whole team at DeSantis Landscapes for their continued commitment to our shared value of focusing on a triple bottom line. PEOPLE. PLANET. PROFIT.

We also recognize that we have many areas to still work on in our business and we will do just that. As the third objective of our Mission states…continually improve ourselves and our company.

Dean DeSantis

  • Are we a good fit to work together?

At DeSantis Landscapes, we're big on finding a good mutual fit for both of us. We love to develop long term relationships with our clients.

From a budget and time perspective, we have found over the years that certain sizes of projects are in our wheelhouse and others are not. These are our primary service criteria.

    • Weekly Maintenance: Commercial and large residential. Typical contract is $500 plus/month
    • Enhancement (i.e. Cleanups, Pruning, small installation projects): Minimum is one full day for a two person crew ~$1,000
    • Residential Design/Build: Minimum contract is $10,000
    • Commercial Bid/Build: Typical contract is $50,000-$250,000
  • We're sorry. It doesn't appear that your project would be a good mutual fit for both of us. Please visit the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association for additional companies in your area.
